International Youth Art Festival
PENSÃO POLICARPO is partner of the International Youth Art Festival, which happens every year, in the beginning of Fall. The young artists (from 6 to 19 years old) are selected in their own country, by an International Contest. PENSÃO POLICARPO supports this event accommodating those young artists during their week stay, while they paint and draw the monuments and streets of Évora.
An international jury rewards the best works, that are exposed in several locations in the city.
A great part of this collection, yielded by the Organization, decorates the walls inside the PENSÃO POLICARPO (rooms, common spaces, corridors), as a permanent gallery of those productions, and that has known the admiration and recognition from our guests.
